Role: Commercial Project Manager/Scheduler
o Lead project controls team in assuring all reimbursable/fixed fee costs are
captured and billed in a timely manner.
o Report Earned Value curves for planned project revenue and planned
project labor hours
o Manage all cost allocations

o Large capital project consisting of concrete pour and wooden erection of
two low emission quench towers with associated settlement plants.
o Managed all contract change orders, subcontractor scope of work, and
assisted in development and maintenance of schedule and budget.
o Worked closely with estimators during bid phase of project.
o Responsible for all cost projection/forecasting, productivity tracking,
purchasing and inventory of project site.
o Main point of contact for contract negotiations and compensation for extra
work.

· Pioneer Grove Wind Farm Foundations – TVIG/Acciona –
Mechnicsville, IA – Role: Project Manager/Scheduler
o Smaller sized project of two prototype windmill foundations:
concrete/steel towers
o Managing all aspects of contract, scope of work, schedule,
budget, and client-owner relationships
o Designed support system/installation procedure for corrugated
pipe template ring used to support some 73 pieces of
corrugated pipe plum, elevated above foundation “mud mat”
o Coordinated with business agents, union presidents, county
regulators for work in Iowa
o Coordinated all on site material/equipment deliveries
· Walking Beam Reheat Furnace Foundations – ArcelorMittal –
Harrisburg, PA – Role: Project Cost Accountant/Scheduler
o $5,800,000 initial contract, growth to $6,500,000

· 84” Hot Strip Mill Pipeline Upgrade Project - ArcelorMittal –
Chicago Area – Role: Project Cost Accountant/Scheduler
o 10,670,000 initial contract, growth to $17,000,000 for 1”
gauge down coiler upgrade, crop shear/descaler/delay table
upgrade
o Managed budget (invoices, cost allocation, forecasting,
productivity tracking vs. target production)
estimated/managed over 300 “extras” (contract change
orders) totaling ~$6.3M to stay above target profit and
working with owners every day to ensure payment.
o Maintained regular work and “outage” work schedules through
daily interfacing with field craft, construction management, and
owner/mill representatives
o All extra work was paid for in full by owner due to proper
“backup” documentation and appropriate signatures acquired
throughout project entirety
· Laurel Mountain Wind Power Project – TVIG/AES – Elkins, WV
area – Role: Project Cost Accountant/Scheduler
o Managed all cost aspects of original contract, schedule (via
P6), and contract change orders (~$1.2M)
o Sole representative of STEVENS during Mediation and
Arbitration processes to settle change order issues with
owner/general contractor
§ Contract was scheduled Aug 2nd – Oct 23rd, 2010 in
Elkins, WV (ski resort town) but through delays into winter
months was extended through May 2011.
§ Battled pouring concrete foundations in subzero ambient
conditions, while all contractors are working concurrently
